It isn’t often that we get to post photos of Rosedale Ambo/Medic 285 and our EMS Providers in action due to privacy concerns and HIPAA regulations. But we got special permission for this one!
Hello everyone! For everyone’s protection, please be aware of the following: The Rosedale Volunteer Fire Company is not in any way affiliated with the Volunteer Firefighter Alliance from Topeka, Kansas. If you receive a solicitation in the mail from this group claiming to collect money for local volunteer fire companies, please know that Rosedale Volunteer Fire Co. has never heard of this organization and have never received any funds from them. We do not use a national mailing company. When the Rosedale Volunteer Fire Co. sends out a request for donations, the company name and address is clearly on the envelope and on the enclosed information. All donations to our company should be made out to The Rosedale Volunteer Fire Co. Any group asking for funds under a different name is not collecting for the fire company in Rosedale. If you ever have any doubt as to the legitimacy of a donation request, please call or stop by our station located at 8037 Philadelphia Rd.
Thank you for your continued support.
Additional note: WMAR Channel 2 news recently covered this issue, other volunteer fire companies have also been affected. Thank you!
